4.3.2 Initial production inspection. Unless otherwise specified (see 6.2), the Government
shall select two units for initial production inspection from the first ten engines produced under
the production contract. Initial production units shall be examined as specified in table II and
tested as specified in table III.

Fuel, oil and coolant leaks: leakage (see 6.3).
Governor: malfunction; not sealed.
Improper torque on accessible cylinder head bolts, intake

without breaking seals or removing cover.
